The brainchild of award-winning Chef Michelle de Jager, The Succulent is a living-restaurant. Her food philosophy is simple: keep it fresh and local – think free-range chickens and freshly caught fish from Mosselbay. A lot of the ingredients used are also grown on the farm and in our very own hydroponics system. Furthermore, you can even buy local ingredients in the Deli.
